Step 1: Fill in Event Details
Fill in and configure the event name, duration, remark and so on.

Payment
Enable verification or deposit payments within Payment Settings.

Write-off
Suitable for confirming participant attendance. After booking, participants receive a verification code. The organizer can scan this code in Fixon to mark the event as verified.
Deposit Payment
Used for scenarios requiring deposits to secure bookings (e.g., product orders, service reservations, venue rentals, tickets). Participants must pay a deposit to complete the invitation.
Location
Supported options: phone, address, Lark Meeting, Tencent Meeting, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
Zoom and Google Meet supports automatic meeting creation: A meeting link is generated upon booking and displayed in the invitation details.
Photo
Up to 9 images can be added. Photos appear at the top of the invitation and display directly on the profile component when published.

Participant
Limitation
If the invitation requires attendance restrictions, enable this feature to set a maximum number of participants.

Enable Companions
If enabled, one user can add multiple participants (all occupying slots), but notifications are sent only to the primary user.
